Course content, delivery methods, and feature sets are described on the course pages and may evolve over time to reflect pedagogical improvements and regulatory needs.

We may modify, add, or remove features and course content. Enrolled learners will be informed of material changes that affect course completion requirements or learning outcomes.

We strive to maintain high availability, but platform access may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or due to technical issues. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated when feasible.

User Content

User Content includes forum posts, assignments, project submissions, and any materials you upload to the platform. You retain ownership of your original user-created content subject to the terms below.

You remain the owner of content you create and submit, subject to any rights you grant hyperleadmaxiora and to third-party rights. Do not upload content you do not have the right to share.

By submitting content you grant hyperleadmaxiora a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display the content as necessary to provide the service, evaluate submissions, and promote anonymized learning outcomes.

You are responsible for user content compliance with applicable laws, third-party rights, and these Terms. Content that violates rules may be removed and repeat violations can lead to account action.

Intellectual Property

Paid Services and Subscriptions

Course fees and subscription pricing are listed on the hyperleadmaxiora website and may vary by promotion, location, or VAT and tax requirements. Prices displayed at checkout are the final chargeable amounts unless stated otherwise.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. You must provide valid payment details and authorize periodic charges for subscriptions or installments where applicable.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date. Manage subscription settings in your account dashboard. Continued access depends on timely payment of renewal fees.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, hyperleadmaxiora’s liability for any direct damages arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant service in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages.

Third-Party Services

Our platform may integrate or interoperate with third-party services. Use of third-party services is subject to the third party’s terms and privacy policies. hyperleadmaxiora is not responsible for third-party content or practices.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach of these Terms, unlawful activity, or other conduct that threatens platform security or community welfare. Users may also terminate their account by contacting support.

Upon termination, access to course materials and account data may be removed or archived. Business obligations incurred prior to termination remain payable.
